Grape Variety: 100% Vermentino
Vinification: Manual harvest, soft whole-cluster pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, aging in stainless steel on the lees for 5 months with batonnage and a further 20 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes Bright yellow in color, it presents an intense nose with floral and herbaceous aromas and hints of resin and iodine. On the palate, it is soft, fresh with a discreet balance, creamy, and savory.
Pairings: Perfect with stewed white meats, excellent with fresh cheeses, and also an interesting pairing with sushi.
