Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel followed by aging for 4 months in stainless steel
Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow in color, the nose is delicately fruity with pronounced aromas of white-fleshed fruit, floral with notes of hawthorn, herbaceous with hints of Mediterranean scrub and aromatic herbs and a slight hint of almond. On the palate, it is full-bodied, ample, and savory with a good balance slightly shifted towards freshness.
Pairings: Perfect with fish-based dishes such as linguine allo scoglio or fried fish, excellent with light appetizers and salads in general.
