Grape Varieties: 100% Pinot Grigio
Vinification: Destemming, cold maceration on the skins, static decantation, and alcoholic fermentation for 18 days in stainless steel. It then ages on the lees for 9 months in small barrels and 10 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: A beautiful copper color, the nose is complex, with fruity aromas of cherry, pink grapefruit, and floral notes of geranium. On the palate, it is creamy, soft, fresh, decidedly fruity, and well-balanced.
Pairings: Perfect with smoked and grilled fish, excellent with white meat dishes.
