Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel for 12-22 days. Aged for 8 months in barrique, then 9 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow in color with golden reflections, it is complex on the nose, with fruity aromas of apricot and pineapple, and hints of sweet spices, vanilla, and notes of fresh almond. On the palate, it is structured, soft, savory, elegant, and harmonious, with a long finish.
Pairings: Perfect with fish-based appetizers, excellent with structured fish stews.
