Vinification: Hand-picked into small crates, sorted on a conveyor belt, destemmed and lightly pressed, and then soft-pressed. The resulting must is cold-clarified and fermented at 15-16°C. After fermentation, the resulting wine ages on the fine lees for approximately three months.
Tasting Notes: Pale straw yellow in color with intense greenish highlights, the nose reveals fruity aromas of green apple and white peach, along with citrus notes of grapefruit. On the palate, it expresses freshness and savory flavors with a pleasantly fruity and mineral finish.
Pairings: Ideal with vegetarian dishes and fish, excellent with white meat main courses.
