Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in steel vats for 25% and in barriques for 75%, aged in French oak for 7 months.

Tasting notes: a beautiful straw yellow color with light golden reflections, the nose is intense with notes of apple, peach and apricot and hints of vanilla. On the palate it is fine, with good freshness and with hints of wood in the finish.

Pairing: Excellent with dishes, even elaborate ones, based on white meat, or fish.
