The name “Chioma Integrale” derives from the technique of not topping the vine in the vineyard to allow it to self-regulate and find its perfect balance in each vintage.
Grape variety : 100% Istrian Malvasia
Fermentation : alcoholic and manolactic take place in French oak barrels, using only indigenous yeasts
Aging : 8 months always in barrique
Tasting Notes : straw yellow in color, the nose has intense aromas of citrus and lime, with mineral and vegetable notes of sage and aromatic herbs. Savory and fresh to the taste.
Pairings : fish dishes, fresh cheeses and vegetables.
