Vinification: vinification in steel and aging on the lees for 9 months, always in steel.
Tasting Notes of an intense golden yellow colour, the nose has a bouquet with notes of acacia and hawthorn flowers, peach and honey. After a few years of evolution, mineral and hydrocarbon notes are perceived. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, savory. Long taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairings: smoked fish appetizers, ravioli filled with sheep’s milk ricotta seasoned with porcini mushrooms and truffle flakes, grilled fish, game marinated in Trebbiano, aged cheeses.
