Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Tasting notes: of a bright ruby red color, the nose is complex and expresses hints of ripe cherry, raspberry and violet, balsamic, earthy, mineral and leather notes with a hint of spices and undergrowth. On the palate it reveals hints of ripe black cherry, composed of raspberries, tobacco and licorice, enriched by a saline and mineral background. The tannins are elegant, the balance is excellent and the taste-olfactory persistence is very long.
Pairings: ideal with red meat dishes, roasts and noble game.
