Grapes: Moscadello 100%
Vinification: natural drying on the vine. Controlled temperature fermentation (16-18°C) in steel vats and a small part in French oak barriques (350 l.)
Aging 20% in 350 l French oak barriques. and the remaining part in steel.
Tasting notes: bright golden yellow in colour, the nose expresses intense hints of dehydrated apricot, honey and candied orange. In the mouth the notable residual sugar is well balanced by good acidity. Balanced, silky and very persistent.
Pairings: perfect as a meditation wine but also in combination with dry pastries such as Sienese cantucci or very mature or blue cheeses.
