Banfi Brut Metodo Classico

Grapes: traditional cuvée composed of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc in variable percentages depending on the years.
Vinification: fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method with permanence on the yeasts for 30 months.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow in color with fine and very persistent perlage, on the nose it expresses an intense and fragrant aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and lively, with a characteristic acidic note and a slightly bitter finish.
Pairing: ideal as an aperitif, it also pleasantly accompanies appetizers and fish-based first courses, perfect in combination with shellfish.
Format: 750 ml
