Banfi Cuvée Aurora Alta Langa DOCG (2017)

Grapes: Pinot Noir (70%) and Chardonnay (30%) hand-picked and coming exclusively from vineyards grown on high hills in Piedmont, in a specific area of the provinces of Cuneo, Asti and Alexandria.
Fermentation: the first at a controlled temperature (17°) in steel vats, the second in the bottle according to the Classic Method with permanence on the yeasts for 30 months
Tasting notes: Straw yellow in color with fine and very persistent perlage, the nose expresses an intense and fragrant aroma, characterized by hints of candied citrus peel, yeast and vanilla. In the mouth it expresses elegance and harmony with a fresh and savory finish.
Pairing: ideal as an aperitif, perfect with oysters, raw and cooked seafood and shellfish.
