Brunello of great power, purebred, with an intense and composite aroma, giving us notes of ripe plum and berries expanded by the soft sensation of blond tobacco and ancient leather. On the palate it is rich and concentrated, with a rigorous structure, supported by a tightly woven tannic texture that extends into a long, savory and elegant finish.
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese (Brunello)
Vinification: Only the old Schiena d’Asino vines give birth to a unique wine in terms of depth and length, with an aging of 42 months in 16 hl Allier oak barrels and a refinement in the bottle for 12 months.
Tasting notes: intense red colour, dense and transparent. On the nose: Ripe red fruit and balsamic Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth: Noble and austere attack, full and tasty, born to face time.
Pairings: Even alone, in company.
