The intensity and brightness of summer 2015 brought the Sangiovese of the old vines to its maximum expression, giving us a wine of great personality, guided by compact and ripe tannins, never astringent, which culminate in a finish that is unique in elegance and depth
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese (Brunello)
Vinification: Only the old Schiena d’Asino vines give birth to a unique wine in terms of depth and length with a refinement of 42 months in 16 hl Allier oak barrels and a refinement in the bottle for 12 months .
Tasting notes: intense red colour, dense and transparent. On the nose: Ripe red fruit and balsamic Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth: Noble and austere attack, full and tasty, born to face time.
Pairings: Even alone, in company.
