Banfi SummuS Toscana IGT (2018)

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Syrah
Winemaking: controlled temperature fermentation (25-30°) in combined steel and Horizon French oak vats. Aging in 350 liter French oak barriques for approximately 18 months.
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red in colour, the nose expresses varietal and fruity scents with notes of jam, spices, tobacco and light roasting. In the mouth it has an impressive structure, with firm but sweet tannins, intense aromas and a long taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairing: perfect in combination with rich first courses and meat-based second courses.
