Which wine are you gonna pair with Panzanella?
Pairing with an orange wine is a not obvious choice. Try the panzanella with a Toscana IGT “Canna Torta” 2019 by Podere Le Ripi .
“Canna Torta” by Podere Le Ripi is a new orange wine that comes from a blend of Malvasia and Trebbiano . The characteristic amber color derives from the prolonged contact for 8 months with the marc in the terracotta containers in which the wine macerates. On the nose, notes of honey and aromatic herbs prevail while the mouth is characterized as a light red.
