Grapes : 50% Trebbiano, 50% Malvasia
Vinification : harvest done by hand in the first half of September. Fermentation and maceration for 8 months in terracotta jars. Aging for 8-12 months in contact with the skins in clay amphorae. Aging in the same containers.
Tasting Notes : light amber in color given by the prolonged skin contact, the nose is expressed as a white with notes of honey and aromatic herbs. On the palate it looks like a red, due to the light tannic structure and crunchy texture. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 14/15 °.
