Which wine are you gonna pair with Bocconcini of Chianina?

Podere San Giacomo is a small family business founded in 1993 with only 2 hectars of Sangiovese grape Brunello vineyards, located in the north-east side of Montalcino, the most vocated area of the region with a strong composition of clay soil. Such characteristic gave to these wines, which age in big barrel size, an extreme elegance.
Brunello di Montalcino 2019, son of a great vintage, is persistent, with red fruits and vanilla notes with a nice body. Best food pairing: red meats, stews and game. It’s perfect with our Bocconcini. Then keep on drink the bottle just open!
