Tasting Notes: Intense and luminous straw yellow in color, the nose expresses a citrus and floral bouquet with slightly spicy hints and a marked mineral and marine note. On the palate, the great freshness is well balanced by a pronounced savory flavor.
Pairings: Ideal with raw seafood, fish tartare, shellfish, grilled fish, and delicate pasta dishes, excellent with traditional Sicilian cuisine.
