Grape Varieties: 100% Sylvaner
Vinification: Manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation, and aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks and large acacia barrels, without malolactic fermentation. Aged in bottle for two months.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in color with green highlights, the nose presents an intense bouquet with aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, floral notes of wildflowers, and herbaceous notes of straw and hay. On the palate, it is fresh and very mineral, savory and saline, fruity, and very persistent.
Pairings: Ideal with traditional Tyrolean snacks, cured meats, soups, and asparagus dishes, excellent with light first courses and fish in general.
