Grapes: 100% Gewurztraminer
Vinification: Fermentation and aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks and large acacia barrels, without malolactic fermentation. Aged in bottle for two months.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in color with green reflections, the nose presents a classic aromatic bouquet of the grape variety, fruity with pronounced aromas of lychee, citrus, and tropical fruit, floral notes of rose petals, and spicy notes of nutmeg. On the palate, it displays excellent structure, balance, harmony, and a long finish.
Pairings: Perfect with seafood and Asian dishes, excellent with white meat dishes.
