Vinification: Hand-picked with two selections in the vineyard and on a vibrating sorting table, fermentation in non-vitrified cement Nomblot tanks for 15 days with a further 5-day submerged cap maceration, maturation for 11 months in exhausted tonneaux and aging for 3 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Bright ruby ​​red in color, the nose is floral and fruity with aromas of morello cherry, citrus, and light balsamic notes of eucalyptus, spice, and earthy undergrowth. On the palate, it displays body and refined tannins, great freshness, and intense fruity sensations.
