Grape Varieties: 100% Vernaccia di San Gimignano
Vinification: Hand-harvested from the third ten days of September, white vinification with soft pressing of the whole grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation in concrete and stainless steel vats, with maturation on the lees until early March.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in color with green reflections, the nose is intense with fruity aromas of apple, citrus notes of lime, and herbaceous notes of lily of the valley and thyme. On the palate, it is fresh with a marked savory character and a long, persistent finish.
Pairings: Perfect with all types of fried foods, it also pairs well with structured first courses and roasted white meats.
