Vinification: Produced from approximately 15-year-old vines with long maceration on the skins and aged for 18-24 months in oak barrels of varying sizes.
Tasting Notes: Intense and brilliant garnet red in color, the nose is complex with aromas of ripe red fruit, balsamic notes, and hints of sweet spices and undergrowth. On the palate, it displays great structure with marked yet silky tannins, balanced freshness, and a long finish with aromas of fruit and spices that confirm the olfactory sensations.
Pairings: Perfect with braised meat, excellent with aged cheeses, red meats, and game.
