Winemaking: manual harvest at the end of September, sorting of the grapes before entering the tank, spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats with 10-day maceration, minimum aging of 6 months in French oak tonneaux and minimum aging of 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: intense ruby red in color with light garnet reflections, the nose expresses aromas of cherry and red fruit, floral hints of violet, lavender and chamomile. The taste is pleasantly fresh, perfectly in line with the olfactory sensations, balanced, harmonious and persistent.
Pairing: ideal with appetizers and first courses, also based on vegetables, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
