Can you imagine your Christmas holidays without our Italian bubbles? Among Franciacorta DOCG and Trento DOC just few of the best ones we selected for you. To toast to the new year and rise up your glasses with positivity and hope for a better 2021, here’s Wine & Passion’s suggestions:

Monte Rossa Cabochon Brut Fuoriserie N.022 Franciacorta DOCG
Produced with 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot nero grapes, Caboshon Monterossa is made with a soft press and an ageing process in oak barrels of 250 lt. fo 36 months at least. Compact and dense in the nose with kiwi and exotic fruits scents, floral and ginger notes. Big wine, deep with a lime and capers back finish.
Cavalleri Franciacorta Satin 2016
Produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, it ferments and ages in stainless steel vats (75%) and big oak barrels (25%), resting in yeasts for 3 years at least.
Abate Nero Trento DOC Brut
Historical label of the estate it has a fine aroma that characterize its unique style. Traditional white vinification with soft pressing of the grapes and first fermentation in stainless steel vats. Rest in selected yeasts for 18 months at least. Fine and balanced with pleasant ripen fruits and crust of bread finish.
