Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Vinification: fermentation in steel tanks, with a long maceration followed by at least 3 years of aging in small oak barrels
Tasting notes: intense garnet red in color, the nose is broad and very complex, with fruity aromas of cherry, plum, strawberry, jammy berries, cedar and hazelnut, floral notes of rose petals and violets, with notes of sweet spices and hints of earth. On the palate it denotes great structure, freshness and elegance, it is intense, balanced and harmonious with a long taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairings: Perfect with robust game dishes and mature cheeses, excellent with grilled food of all types.
