Grapes: 100% Barbera
Vinification: fermentation in steel with indigenous yeasts and maceration for 12-14 days. Aged for 12 months in tonneaux (30% new – 70% used) and then in steel for another 8 months.
Tasting notes: dark ruby ​​red in color, the nose expresses aromas of small fruit jam, blackberry and cherry, spicy and mineral hints. In the mouth it expresses great complexity, a delicate tannin and a particularly incisive acidity. Excellent persistence.
Pairings: Perfect with a mushroom risotto or with meat sauce, excellent with roast, stewed and grilled meat.
