Grapes: 100% Chardonnay

Maturation: minimum 5 years on selected yeasts from own cultures.

Tasting notes: intense yellow color with golden reflections, very fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes an intense bouquet of particular finesse with hints of almond blossom and rennet apple, slightly spiced with a hint of bread crust. Elegant and harmonious taste: the unmistakable aromatic base typical of Chardonnay stands out. A slightly almondy finish follows with great persistence, the result of long aging on the lees.
