Stillation: The wine base is distilled a first time up to 95% vol, and then redistilled a second time in a Pot Still with very long times and with a very slow condensation, to give greater roundness and finesse. Bottled without any filtration.

Tasting notes: to the eye it is colorless and transparent, to the nose it is complex but delicate with hints of grape pulp, vine flowers, and mineral notes. On the palate it is silky and round, with spicy notes of white pepper and citrus hints of lemon. Excellent length.
