Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Maceration for 20 days at a temperature of 28-30° C. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Maturation in Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months. Aged in bottle for 12 months.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby ​​red in color, the nose presents a bouquet of ripe berries, blackberry jam with notes of tobacco and leather. On the palate it is broad, soft, persistent with notes of fruit in alcohol in the finish.
Pairings: perfect with structured meat-based dishes, such as pheasant in pomegranate sauce, excellent with grilled and barbecued meats.
