Aging: 24 months in wooden barrels
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color, the nose presents a complex bouquet of fresh berries, cherry, blood orange, cedar, dried rosehip flowers, with herbaceous, spicy, earthy hints and notes of tea, leather and tobacco. On the palate it is fine and elegant with firm but not invasive tannins, it is pleasantly fresh, fruity, expresses great balance, minerality in the finish and a long persistence.
Pairings: perfect with structured dishes and game, excellent with grilled meats and mature cheeses.
