Vine varieties: 100% Sangiovese
Winemaking: vineyards cared for following the dictates of organic farming, manual harvest in the second half of September, fermentation in stainless steel vats, maceration lasting approximately 50 days.
Tasting Notes: bright ruby red in colour, the nose expresses itself with a bouquet of ripe red fruit, in particular cherry, and spicy hints. The taste is soft and with a hint of freshness that makes it well balanced. Excellent taste-olfactory persistence.
Pairing: Meat dishes with a strong flavor or medium structure such as pasta with ragu, poultry, composite risottos.
