Grapes: 100% Sangiovese

Vinification: takes place completely in steel with cold pre-maceration, at fermentation temperatures below 26 ° C, followed by aging for 9 months in 500l tonneau and large 40hl and 70hl barrels

Tasting notes: Obtained from the same grapes with which we produce Brunello, but with a different vinification, it is a wine of great personality, characterized by a lively fruit and a freshness that make it pleasant for any occasion.

Pairings: suitable for any type of dish, we suggest pasta and salami.
