Blend: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Grapes selected first in the vineyard and then in the cellar, spontaneous fermentation, maturation in large barrels for 60 months and subsequent aging in the bottle for 12 months without filtration.
Tasting Notes: A deep ruby ​​red color, the nose is intense and complex with aromas of ripe red fruit, floral notes, balsamic and spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh, with firm tannins and a long finish.
Pairings: Perfect with strong aged cheeses, excellent with complex and structured dishes based on red meats and game.
