Grape Varieties: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: Hand-harvested, gentle pressing and destemming, temperature-controlled fermentation with frequent pumping over, medium-length maceration, with regular tastings to determine the ideal moment for racking, aging in Slavonian and French oak barrels for approximately one year, followed by a further period in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color, the nose is intense with floral and fruity aromas of ripe plums and cherries, herbaceous hints of mint, and spicy notes. On the palate, it displays a good structure with velvety, well-integrated tannins, and is harmonious and persistent.
Pairings: Perfect with grilled meat dishes and semi-mature cheeses.
