Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, aged for 40 months in 50hl and 30hl Slavonian oak barrels
Tasting Notes: Intense and brilliant ruby ​​red in color, the nose expresses aromas of red fruits, blueberry, currant, floral notes of violet and dog rose, notes of undergrowth and spices of licorice, horsetail, and juniper, with hints of cigar, leather, and orange peel. On the palate, it is enveloping and warm, with tannins well integrated with the acidity, savory and balsamic on the finish, and a very long finish.
