Grape Varieties: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: After malolactic fermentation, it is aged in French oak barriques (20% new, 80% second, third, and fourth passage) for 6 months and then refined in bottle for an additional 6 months.
Tasting Notes: Ruby red in color, it is broad and intense on the nose, with fruity aromas of wild strawberries and hints of aromatic herbs and undergrowth. On the palate, it expresses structure, excellent acidity, well-balanced by mineral and saline notes.
Pairings: Perfect with meat-based first courses, excellent with white meat main courses, and medium-aged cheeses.
