Grapes: 100% white Muscat from native clones in loose bunches (mass selection).
Vinification: maceration of the skins for approx. 2 days, fermentation in steel at low temperature (14-16 ° C).
Aging: in 5-10 hl oak barrels for approx. 1 year, followed by bottle aging for at least 6-12 months.
Color: deep golden.
Bouquet: characteristic of Muscat, with intense hints of acacia honey, apricot, pear and candied fruit; very persistent.
Taste: sweet, but well balanced by acidity, great structure and pleasantness, complex, characteristic aftertaste.
Food Pairing: dry desserts, aged and / or blue cheeses, liver pate.
