Vinification: After harvesting in late September, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature, followed by 3 years of maturation in Slavonian oak barrels and a minimum of 4 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby ​​in color, the nose is complex, with floral aromas of dried roses and red fruits, herbaceous notes of verbena and mint, notes of sweet spices and ginger, and toasted hints of tobacco. On the palate, it is well-structured, warm, tannic, with acidity and savory flavors in perfect balance, harmonious and persistent.
