Aging : maturation in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months with a subsequent refinement of at least 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes : ruby red in color tending to garnet, the nose is intense, broad, fine, fruity (ripe red fruit), and spicy (tobacco and licorice). Taste dry, warm, soft, velvety tannins, balanced, very intense and persistent, fine and full-bodied.
Pairings : Classic wine for red meats, roasts, game and game. Suitable for Tuscan, Italian and international dishes; also excellent with cheeses.
