Grape variety : 100% Sangiovese
Production Technique : in steel at a controlled temperature and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maceration for 2 weeks and then one year of aging in large (60hl) Slavonian oak barrels for three quarters of the wine and for the remainder of used 500 lt French oak tonneaux. After the wine is naturally clarified by decanting in steel and left to rest for at least six months in the bottle before being released on the market.
