Grapes: Syrah 100%
Vinification : manual harvesting, fermentation and maceration for about 15 days in Vosges oak vats. Aging for 24 months in large oak barrels, and subsequently for 12 months in the bottle.
Tasting notes : ruby in color with purple reflections, red fruits prevail on the nose, in particular blackberry, with hints of undergrowth. In the mouth it expresses a good body and a tannic texture.
Pairings : ideal with stuffed first courses and second courses with white and red meat.
