Vinification: Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel for 18-20 days with frequent daily pumping over and punching down, followed by aging for 36 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: With a lively garnet red color, in the glass it releases intense aromas of red fruit, particularly cherries and sour cherries, combined with nuances of leather, aromatic woods, tobacco, spices, and roots. The taste is harmonious and elegant, with a long finish and soft tannins.
Pairings: Perfect with roast pork, excellent with stewed meats and game.
