“Ilginus” is a London dry gin with an enveloping taste. Juniper is present in all stages of tasting and it is alternated with buttery notes given by the olive leaves with balsamic notes derived from cypress berries; halfway through the sip you can appreciate the freshness of the asparagine and, finally, the cypress is persistent.
Produced by 5 organic botanicals : juniper, cypress berries, asparigine, olive leaves and wild fennel.
