“Ilginus” è un London dry gin dal gusto pieno, avvolgente e rotondo. Il primo Gin dedicato a Montalcino. La sua eleganza, il suo equilibro e la sua grande bevibilità rendono il distillato perfetto per il consumo diretto, liscio, con ghiaccio e a temperatura di 6/7°C.

Raw material in infusion: produced from organic botanicals (juniper berries, cypress berries, asparagus, olive leaves)
Method: London Dry Gin
Distillation: by Nannoni Grappe with discontinuous method with indirect steam system equipped with a basket for medicinal plants (botanicals)
Tasting Notes: upon visual examination it appears transparent, clear and crystalline. On the nose it is balsamic, fresh and elegant, with distinctive notes of juniper and cypress, combined with herbaceous nuances given by olive and asparagus. On the palate, Ilginus at the first sip is full, enveloping and round thanks to the distinctive notes of the olive and then leaves room for the persistent balsamic notes of juniper and cypress that accompany us for the entire duration of the tasting, at the end we find the typical green notes of Mediterranean scrub.
