Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Tasting notes: Intense ruby red in color, tending towards garnet, on the nose it presents a floral entry of heather and strawberry tree followed in the mouth by soft notes of black cherry accompanied by hints of wild berries. Concentrated and savory palate, it shows a balance of well-structured but fine-grained tannins and a good final persistence.
Pairings: roasted-grilled meat, stewed red meat and game.
