Tasting Notes: Dark garnet red in color, the nose is broad and complex with floral and fruity aromas of violet, blueberry, blackberry, balsamic notes of rosemary flower, and hints of licorice. On the palate, it has a nice body and structure with silky tannins, elegance, and a long finish.
Pairings: Excellent throughout the meal, it pairs particularly well with stews, slow-cooked meat dishes, and aged cheeses.
