Tasting notes: The wine has an intense ruby red color, with garnet reflections, with an intense, broad and ethereal aroma, hints of spice, undergrowth, small red fruits and dried rose can be recognized . On the palate the wine is elegant, harmonious, with a long aromatic persistence, with balanced and enveloping tannins, a dry and persistent finish.
Pairings: Red meats, game, dishes with mushrooms and truffles, it also goes well with aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Tuscan Pecorino. Excellent meditation wine.
