Grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah
Vinification : fermentation and maceration in steel for 15 days
Aging : 10 months, 80% in barriques of 225/228 liters of second, third and fourth passage, 20% in cement
Tasting notes : The nose has aromas of blackberry, plum, cherry and black berries, with spicy notes of vanilla, tobacco and withered roses. On the palate it is full-bodied and structured, with balanced tannins.
