Casale Pozzuolo “Rosso della Porticcia” (2016)
Grapes: Sangiovese 100%
Vinification: Natural fermentation without the addition of yeasts for 27 days followed by a light aging in oak barrels.
Tasting notes: The wine shows a beautiful lively ruby red, with warm garnet notes. The nose is deep but fine, with rich notes of undergrowth and a delicate spiciness. In the mouth it is broad, warm, rightly velvety. Also in the Rosso della Porticcia, the good balance of softness, warmth, acidity and tannin make it an excellent drinkable wine.
Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, braised meats and aged cheeses.
Format: 750 ml
